Promote your club to the SFU community for up to a maximum of five days. Simply make a table reservation at the general office. There are poster boards behind 4 of the 7 tables to display club information.

Please post only one poster per board and respect other posters.
To post in the Convocation Mall, bring your posters to the general office and we will post them for you. Your posters should remain up until the event is over.
Choose from eight 8-foot banner spaces/cases available in the ASB, Convocation Mall, and Transport Corridor. Book for a maximum of 2 weeks at a time. Reserve at the general office.
Get screen time on the TV’s around campus. Your “eye in the sky” will continually display your message for a set period of time (normally up to 5 days). Book at the general office, 24 hours before you want your message displayed.
Book the large sign on University Way leading up to campus. Book through the SFSS general office at least 5 working days before your event. Approximately $60 to book.
Watch for the “Club Bulletin” every Wednesday that notifies executives about important administration information (i.e. Clubs’ Days sign-up, etc.). You can also use it to promote your events. The mailing list sfss-clubs@sfu.ca consists of email addresses designated by clubs in their club registration package under “for General Office” use. To avoid extensive spamming, please provide an email that only reaches executives members. If you would like to post an event on the Club Bulletin, please email the information to sfssgo@sfu.ca.
