The MSO has the most flexible portfolio of any Executive member. In some years the MSO has largely focused on coordinating social events, and in other years the focus has been on developing the retail services of the society. The common thread is that the MSO needs to find out what tangible things students want and work to deliver that. The MSO is the contact person for information related to the services of the SFSS health and dental plan. The MSO is also the chair of Forum and acts as a liaison between departmental representatives on Forum and the rest of the SFSS Board; in this respect the MSO facilitates and shares some of the outreach tasks with the Faculty and At-Large Reps on Board.
