Accessibility Information

Wheelchair Accessibility

The Out on Campus lounge is wheelchair accessible. We have two doors leading into the space: the first door swings open towards the outside via sensor and the second should be open. Our external door is 36″ wide. Our internal door is 33″ wide.

Washrooms

There are wheelchair accessible washrooms in the vicinity. We also have single stall washrooms in the vicinity can be used as gender neutral washrooms.

Tree Nuts & Peanuts

We do not yet have a policy on tree nuts and peanuts, however, I ask folks to refrain from bringing tree nuts (including coconuts) and peanuts into the space to make it more accessible for folks with anaphylactic peanut and/or tree nut allergies.

Note: There is a small amount of peanut butter currently in our space. We are looking to change that soon so that our space will become accessible to folks with anaphylactic peanut allergies.

OOC Scent Free Policy

We want to keep Out on Campus as safe and accessible as possible for everyone. For this reason, please refrain from using scented products when you visit OOC. Here are some good resources: Think Before You Stink & Fragrance Free Femme of Color Realness.
