Where and when is the AGM?
The AGM is being held in the SFU Diamond Family Auditorium (formerly SFU Theatre) on Friday, September 30th. Registration opens at 2:30 pm. The meeting is set to start at 3:00 pm. We will be following Meeting Standing Rules designed to facilitate progress at this to include members in orderly discussion and to ensure courtesy, fairness and equality for all.
Who can attend the AGM?
The Annual General Meeting is open to all members of the SFSS. You are a member if you are registered
in an undergraduate course or program at the University and pay tuition. Click here for more information about our Annual General Meetings.
What are Robert’s Rules of Order?
We conduct our meetings according to Robert’s Rules. Click here to download our “Robert’s Rules at a Glance” handout. Robert’s Rules of Order are a set of procedures that we will be using to conduct the meeting.
