Welcome to the Summer 2020 instalment of our LGBTQ+ Radical Self-Care groups! This sessions theme is Finding Community and Boundary-Setting Online.
What was once a way to escape the real world, the internet has now become the real world. Join clinical counsellor, Jocelyn Coburn, for a discussion is about finding a like-minded community online and learning how to set your boundaries to preserve your mental well-being.
