We’re proud to announce that Out On Campus is one of the winners of the #SFU 2020 Champions for a Healthy Campus Community Awards.

The group was recognized for its outstanding contributions to the health and well-being of the LGBQIA2S+ communities on campus.

About Out On Campus

Out On Campus is a department of the Simon Fraser Student Society dedicated to supporting SFU’s LGBTQIA2S+ students and allies.

During remote learning they still offer the following services:

  • Virtual safe and inclusive space for LGBATQ+ students and their allies on Discord.
  • Peer support and crisis referrals.
  • Informational resources on their Social Media Channels:

  • Virtual social, cultural, and educational events.
