Spring 2025 Clubs Days will be happening in the SFU Burnaby AQ on January 21st, 22nd, and 23rd from 11:00 am-2:00 pm!

Sign-up for tables through the SFSS Club/Student Union Portals; the booking page can be found under “Club Days Table Registration” once you’ve logged in. Registration will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any group who tried to book before this email, your table booking was cancelled. Please book again!  REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! 

Your group will be able to book a maximum of 2 dates, with 1 table per day. Once you book the dates, you will be able to see your confirmation in the portal – you will not receive an email confirmation from the Student Centre. Power Zone tables must be requested, please email clubsdays@sfss.ca. 

When picking your dates, please ensure that someone from your club will be able to arrive and claim your designated table by 11:30 am, otherwise all unclaimed tables after 11:30 am will be opened up on a first-come, first-serve basis. Groups that do not show up or late for their assigned tables will be charged a no show fee of $20.00 per table.

Lastly, by participating in the Clubs Days, you agree to the updated Burnaby Clubs Days Terms & Conditions. Please read the document before signing up for tables.

The deadline for registration is Friday, January 17th, 2025 at 11:59PM.
