• Keeps the Board informed of plans or actions of external organizations and governments which affect the Society or its members
  • Is responsible for business involving or representation at conferences by external organizations other than the University
  • Liaises between the Student Society and student unions of other schools as the formal delegate by the Board
  • Conventionally serves as the Lead of the Advocacy Committee
