Clubs Days for the Spring 2020 Semester will be happening on Tuesday, January 14 to Thursday, January 16 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and table registration is open on go.sfss.ca.
This semester it will be happening in AQ, Saywell and Blusson Hall.
Sign-up started on Monday, December 02, 2019 at 12:00 pm through the SFSS Club Portal. It will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, only tables on Thursday are available.
When picking your dates, please ensure that someone from your club will be able to claim your table by 11:30 am on the day you have booked. After 11:30 am, all unclaimed tables will be opened up on a first-come first-served basis.
Registration opens today (December 6) for tables at Surrey Surrey Spring Clubs Days January 21 and 22 from 10-4 on the mezzanine. To register email msc.surrey@sfss.ca and include: your name, position within your group, day or days you would like to table and if you require access to power and want a black grid for posters.
Space is limited. Absolute last day to register for a table is Friday January 10.
*Note: change to booking clubs days library AV – Clubs must pick up and return equipment to the library each day on their own. As with other club events, it will be booked for you by MSC Surrey. If you require a projector or computer from the library please specify and give the name and student number of the student who will pick it up from the library and who is responsible for its safe use and return.
