The SFSS Women’s Centre and certified expressive arts therapist Heather Prost are excited to offer Nurturing Our Roots: An Expressive Arts & Zine Workshop. Together we will engage in the theme of self-nurture through guided arts-based exploration and zine-making.
Facilitator Bio: Heather Prost (they/them) is a white, nonbinary, queer, multi-media visual artist, youth arts and leadership coordinator, end of life doula, and expressive arts therapist that lives on the unceded lands of the Kwantlen, Katzie, and Semiahmoo nations.

Needed: paper, pens, markers, mirror and a song you like.
