Note: The campaign budget is $100 per candidate.

How to Run for Executive Committee

  1. Check the elections timeline below:
    • Notice of Election and Referendum Period (January 6th – 12th, 2025)
    • Candidate Nomination and Referendum Submission Period (January 13th – 24th 2025)
    • Campaign Period (January 27th – February 9th, 2025)
    • Voting Period (February 10th – 11th, 2025)
  1. Download the nomination package
  2. Complete the nomination package and ensure that all information provided on the form is legible.
  3. Send the signed and completed nomination package to elections.chief@sfss.ca by no later than January 24.
