Whereas NP-1 references Executive Committee Elections;

Whereas NP-1 still references the old Board model;

Be it resolved to strike “Board of Directors” and replace it with “Executive Committee.”

*”NP” refers to “Candidate Nomination and Referendum Question Submission Policies”.
This policy outlines the nomination procedure for Executive Committee Elections. The update will update the language as all Council members are “Board of Directors”, but this policy is talking about Executive Committee Elections specifically.
