U-Pass Update:

Since the cancellation of in-person classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Simon Fraser Student Society has been working with other student associations and TransLink on a solution to address the operations of the U-Pass BC program. The SFSS, along with other post-secondary institutions and student associations, has signed the U-Pass BC amending contract to temporarily suspend the program for summer and administer refunds for the month of April.

As mentioned in a previous update, The U-Pass BC program has been temporarily suspended as of May 1, 2020. Unless otherwise notified, the U-Pass BC program will remain suspended until August 31, 2020. TransLink will inform any anticipation or extension of the suspension period by no later than July 31, 2020. Check SFU, SFSS  or TransLink’s U-Pass websites for further updates.
