The SFSS Vending Program offers local businesses, artists, students, and entrepreneurs the opportunity to engage with SFU students, faculty, and staff. Vendors can set up booths on campus to showcase and sell products or services—gaining exposure, testing ideas, and building direct relationships within the university environment.

Once registered, complete your vendor profile. Our team will review your submission to ensure it aligns with SFSS values and policies. - Approval & Payment
If approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with next steps, invoice, and required documents. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. - Can’t access the portal?

- All goods/services must be disclosed at time of booking
- Vendors must complete payment and documentation before vending

- Fee includes one 6-foot table
- Setup must remain within assigned space
- Cancellations within 5 business days are non-refundable
- SFSS will reschedule for weather-related or emergency SFU closures
All Vendors Must:
- Stay within their designated space
- Only present pre-approved goods/services
- Avoid amplified sound and aggressive soliciting
- Clean up fully at the end of each day
- Comply with all SFSS and SFU guidelines
- Not leave any materials or merchandise overnight
Not Allowed:
- Cannabis or related paraphernalia
- MLMs or businesses relying on recruitment
- Items promoting violence, discrimination, or illegality
All onsite vendor staff must:
- Be respectful and professional
- Follow SFU safety, accessibility, and harassment policies
- Avoid interfering with university operations
- Dress appropriately and maintain a clean presence
- No blocking of fire exits, elevators, or emergency equipment
- Extension cords must be taped securely and leave no residue
- No open flames permitted
- All equipment and items must be removed daily
- Primary location: Student Union Building (SUB)
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (minimum 4 hours required)
- Relocations must be pre-approved by SFSS
- No materials may be attached to campus walls, glass, or artwork
- Daily parking passes available during booking
- Valid only for the day and designated visitor parking
- Non-refundable and non-transferable

Vendor data is used solely for the SFSS Vending Program, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Information will not be sold or shared. By submitting an application, you consent to this use.
